Any more room on the band wagon? These things are just too cool not to build, its my first attempt, but going pretty well. Im havin a blast building it!!!


Picked this up off Ebay, its in great shape!! Got the soldiers and gear from Toys R Us, great store!!!



It had no existing frame to work with, so I made my own, got a trans case from Jim and started fabing! Ive already cut the hood and mounted the trans and motor

Got the rear links mounted, still have to figure out the front links and the steering servo. been getting lots of help from looking at all of your builds and stealing a few ideas!!!! Hope you guys don't mind! lol

wheels and drive shaft are not going to be used, just a moch up!!!!

I need to test mine out again at CDM since I put weights and vent holes in the wheels.

Got her runnin today, I went to CDM with Troy to test her out, It went really well, only problem was the pin in the axle worked itself out and that ended my day, easy fix though. I was really surprised how well it did for its first run!!! I still need to do a few things, I need a cage for sure!!!

the g-spot would be a great (it's been a while for me)
I think we'll have more than 10 rigs

Been driving my Willy's around CDM a little and I've really been taking it easy 'cause I got no cage! Well, thats about to change! It's not pretty and maybe a little too tall, but it'll have to do for now. I ran out of oxygen, so I'll have to finish tomorrow!

These SCX-10 shocks are definetly not gunna cut it now that I have the cage built! Totally saggin' a$$. Had to turn down the adjuster nut quite a bit, works for now!!!

Did you try thicker shock oil? I built Bob's with the same shocks and ran Losi 80wt and it seems pretty good?
Give it a try if you already havent?!

Thanks for the info, i did try that in the front but havn't tried the rear yet, I also have the option to lower ther upper shock mounts, thus raising the truck, if the oil doesnt work!!
