Losi comp crawler help

I just got my new losi comp and new Novak goat in and I noticed that the slipper clutch slips when you hit something hard . My problem is I try to Titan the clutch nut but it spins even if I hold the sper gear I dont know if Im doing something wrong I can't seem to Titan it maybe you can help thanks

Sometimes the slipper clutch nut bottoms-out and runs out of thread. What I did was i put a small spacer under the nut to take up the gap. Then tightened the nut all the way down. That seems to be working just fine, so far!!!! Some people opt to replace the slipper clutch altogether with a solid gear! There is a small allen hole on the end of the thread sticking out, try holding that while tightening the nut!!!

Also they make a gear to get rid of the slipper clutch for 12.95 I think at ultimate hobbies

I recomend sliper eliminator.Good upgrade.

Cool thank you. I all try the washer and the alan key. i think I will order up the gear to take out the diff thanks for the help
